全称《汉合阳令曹全碑》。东汉中平2年（185年）十月立。明万历初年在陕西合阳县旧城出土，现存陕西西安碑林。除了记述曹全之生平、功绩，以及世系外，亦记载了汉代以张角为首发动的农民起义这一重大历史事件。风格秀逸多姿、结体匀整，碑身完整，字迹清晰，是东汉隶书极盛时期的精品。

The Cao Quan Stele
The stele was erected in the 10th month of the 2nd year of Zhongping Period (AD185). It was unearthed in Heyang, Shaanxi during the Ming Dynasty. The inscription is a brief introduction of Cao Quan’s life. It also mentions Cao Quan’s suppression of the Yellow Turban insurgents led by Zhang Jiao and how Shaanxi was affected by the rebellion.
